how have you been, brother?

That's how I'd like to meet you here. Not with achievements or titles, but as someone who has spent years listening, noticing, and learning what really changes a person's life. Pull up a chair. This is a conversation, not a pitch. And if you're carrying something heavy, you don't have to carry it alone.

The People Person
Portrait of Muhammad Refayet Chowdhury

Who am I

  • Listener
  • No judgement
  • Ethics & Morals
  • Hope

People who've worked with me have called me a few things over the years. Charismatic. Visionary. But the word I hear most is coach, and that's the one that means the most to me. They call me "The People Person," and if there's one thing at the heart of it, it's this: I love people for the sake of Allah. Not for what they can do for me, but because every person is worth caring about. That's where everything I do begins. I take my time. I listen closely. And I care far more about what's real than what looks good. Titles come and go. The way you treat people is what stays.

Come as you are, with your questions, your ideas, or whatever's on your mind. We'll sit down and talk, and somewhere along the way, things start to make sense, and the weight feels lighter. You'll find your own answers, and I'll be right there as you do. And whenever you want more, I'll roll up my sleeves and work through it with you, step by step, in the real world.

My philosophies

Never give up

Every big thing I've built has a quiet moment behind it, a moment when quitting would have been easier. I kept going. And that's where everything changed, Alhamdulillah.

Keep dreaming

Dreams are where everything begins. I hold on to mine, and I love helping others find the courage to hold on to theirs.

Love fully

People are at the heart of everything I do. When you love fully, for the sake of Allah SWT, you give without counting, and that's when real change happens.

Creative corner

Bookworm

Books have been my quiet teachers. Every page brings a new idea, a new way of seeing the world. Give me a good book and a cup of coffee, and I'm happy for hours.

Songbird

I sing, sometimes for an audience, mostly just for the joy of it. A good song has a way of lifting my heart and bringing me back to myself.

Scribbler

My notebook is never just for notes. Between the words, you'll find doodles, sketches, and half-formed ideas, because that's where my thinking really begins.

Poet

Some feelings are too deep for plain words. So I write poems to capture what the heart knows, but the mind can't quite explain.

Books that shaped me

Think and Grow Rich

A classic on the power of belief, purpose, and persistence. It taught me that success begins with a thought long before it shows up in the world.

Who is it for?

For the dreamer who needs a little more belief.

The Leadership of Muhammad

A look at the Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) leadership through humility, service, and character. It shaped how I see leadership: leading people by caring for them first.

Who is it for?

For anyone trusted to lead others with heart.

Attitude Is Everything

A simple, powerful reminder that our attitude shapes our results. It changed the way I respond to challenges, in work and in life.

Who is it for?

For anyone in a tough season, needing a lift.

Connect over a coffee

Between building, mentoring, and everything in between, my calendar rarely has empty spaces. But some conversations are worth making time for. The ones that excite me most start with an idea that could change lives, a book that left a mark, or someone building something real. If that's you, write to me. I'll find the time.
